Magnetron sputtering installations
The magnetron sputtering method allows applying thin-film coatings of almost any material to substrates: metals, semiconductors, and even dielectrics.

This reflectometer with a laser-plasma source and a Czerny-Turner monochromator is designed for research work on studying various spectra in the radiation range of 5-50 nm.

This reflectometer is designed for operational testing of X-ray optical elements of arbitrary shape with a maximum diameter of 300 mm.
